Table Topics Evaluator

This role requires you to evaluate 4 or 5 speakers with little time to prepare so you need to really focus on the table topic speeches.

Tips:

Focus not so much on what they say but how they say it.

Look for protocol, Body language, structure – good conclusion

You'll need to take good notes – page with 2 columns – good points, suggestions for improvement need at least 1 pt in each column – if 2 good points can use sandwich technique. Be sure to include suggestions – there is always room for improvement.

Write in Caps so you can read it. You need to be able to present smoothly to cover many speakers.

Don’t worry about what the question was – some evaluators repeat the question – this takes time away from evaluation and clutters up your note page – question not important – just how person answered it.

Only mention it if it is relevant to the evaluation
